🏍️ What is a boring machine? Why is boring necessary?
Fine boring is a secondary finishing process performed on the inner bore of pipe fittings or welded parts to achieve the following:
Higher aperture accuracy, improved roundness and concentricity, and correction of deviations caused by welding deformation.
Optimize surface roughness to ensure precise assembly of subsequent bearings, pins, and connectors.
Especially suitable for: head pipe and welded rear frame tube.

Optional oil mist recovery
During the boring process, the high-speed rotation of the cutting tool, the high temperature of the cutting interface, and the large amount of cutting oil sprayed together generate a large amount of oil mist. If this oil mist is not treated, it will cause equipment failure, environmental pollution, and personnel hazards. Therefore, boring machines are usually equipped with oil mist collectors.
Optional automatic chip removal equipment + powerful water jet
Boring typically generates a large amount of long, coiled chips, steel strip chips, and fine cutting chips. If these chips are not removed promptly, they can not only jam the fixture and cutting tools but also affect machining accuracy. Therefore, boring machines are usually equipped with:

② High-pressure coolant/flush system
The combination of the two can achieve the best dander removal effect.
